Virtual General Counsel Service

Many clients, especially those from outside the EU, have extensive operations in the UK and EU but do not have a substantial legal function here.  We can provide a “virtual” general counsel role for these clients, managing their legal requirements and both any in-house counsel and external law firms on their behalf.  Our experience of the legal profession, and of performing the role of in-house counsel, means that we can provide both the quality and flexibility that clients require, and ensure that legal advice is provided in a cost-effective manner.

We are happy to discuss retainer arrangements, and also an element of risk-sharing where we are able to make cost-savings for the client.
