We have significant expertise in dispute avoidance, alternative dispute resolution, mediation and the successful settlement of litigation.

We place a particular emphasis on assisting our clients with developing case-specific litigation strategies, which take account of cost and benefit, confidentiality, reputation and other relevant issues.

Our primary focus is to explore practical means of dispute avoidance and settlement without the need for a trial. If litigation is necessary, the team has the knowledge and experience to manage cases up to the highest court levels, including the Supreme Court (House of Lords).

Our skill in dispute avoidance and resolution frequently forms an integral part of developing a strategy for the renegotiation of agreements. Where it is necessary to work with barristers, we have excellent relationships with leading individuals and the most highly regarded sets at the English bar.
